About National Auto Care

NAC is one of the longest operating providers of products such as vehicle service contracts, guaranteed asset protection, limited warranty, tire and wheel and a full suite of ancillary protection products nationwide.

NAC provides F&I products, administration, consulting services, training and marketing support to independent agents, insurance companies, auto dealers, RV dealers, powersports dealers, financial institutions, third-party administrators, and credit unions. We currently provide these administrative services to over 6,000 dealerships, credit unions, and financial institutions.

National Auto Care was recently named a Top Workplace in Central Ohio for the fourth year running and was honored with 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Dealer’s Choice Awards for F&I Products.

Tony Wanderon

Tony Wanderon

Tony Wanderon is the President and CEO of National Auto Care. He has more than 32 years in the industry as an Agent, Administrator and Executive for a Fortune 50 company and has spearheaded or been involved in many public and private sale transactions of companies he has led. Throughout his career, Tony has been an innovator and leader in the automotive F&I industry, pioneering several F&I products including GAP and Trade-In Protection and developed the first successfully integrated dealer-owned Personal Lines Insurance Agency.‍

Laura Clark

Laura Clark

Laura Clark, Chief Financial Officer, has parlayed her more than 30 years in finance into her role with National Auto Care. She leads the company’s finance and accounting operations and provides strategic oversight for the company’s financial growth. Clark has served in the roles of Vice President, Senior VP, COO, CFO and President for various previous employers. And with more than 20 years of experience with Allstate, much of her experience is grounded in the finance and insurance realm. She holds an MBA and CPA license and has a proven track record of scaling high profile businesses.‍

Pankaj Singh

Pankaj Singh

Pankaj Singh joined the National Auto Care executive team as Chief Technology Officer following 20 years in the technology industry. He leads NAC’s IT department and project management office, streamlining the company’s current projects as well as its many innovation initiatives. He has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA, and is a published author on software engineering, IT, managerial decisions and quality compliance.

Courtney Wanderon Hoffman

Courtney Wanderon Hoffman serves as Senior Vice President of Sales& Client Relations, overseeing a national team of sales reps, NAC’s robust F&I training program, promotional activities and more. She led and managed Operations, Claims, Project Management, and OEM/Strategic Partnerships during her 12-year tenure at Allstate Dealer Services. Throughout her 27-year career, she has developed and managed many OEM/strategic partnerships, been part of multiple mergers and acquisitions, and has led the sales efforts and team to over 20% growth year over year at NAC.

Zack Matta

VP of Corporate Strategy

Zack Matta

As Vice President of Corporate Strategy for National Auto Care, Zack works cross-functionally as a strategic advisor to the executive suite while managing industry partnerships, underwriter relationships, and M&A-related efforts. Prior to his work with NAC, Zack served in several positions for Jacksonville-based Allstate Dealer Services (ADS), providing functions related to financial management, sales and marketing strategy, reinsurance/profit-sharing programs, and product management. He is certified by the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals.

Christina Schrank

Chief Operations Officer

Christina Schrank

Christina Schrank has been a part of the NAC family since 1996. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer of the company, her previous experience includes Operations Supervisor, Director of Operations, VP of Marketing and Customer Support, and President of NAC before its 2013 merger with Family First Dealer Services. Christina was honored in 2014 with the Spirit of Leadership Award by the Women’s Automotive Association International and was named to “40 Under 40” lists for Agent Entrepreneur and Auto Remarketing magazines in 2015. In 2016, Christina was honored in Agent Entrepreneur’s “Women in the Industry.” She holds a degree in Business Administration.

Spencer Wanderon

Spencer Wanderon

Spencer leads NAC’s national sales efforts and our team of dedicated regional sales reps. He earned a Bachelor’s in Finance & Economics from the University of Alabama. Since joining the NAC team in 2011, Spencer has spearheaded the company’s relationship-building approach to sales and is known as one of the best sales leaders in the industry. He was a 2015 F&I Showroom Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree and worked as National Sales Director before his promotion in 2019 to Vice President of Sales.

Deby Burgi

VP of Legal and Compliance & General Counsel

Deby Burgi

Deby serves as Vice President and General Counsel at National Auto Care, where she is the principal advisor to NAC regarding legal and compliance matters. Deby was an Assistant Vice President at Allstate Benefits for 16 years before joining NAC. In her role, she managed litigation and provided legal advice and counsel for legal and compliance matters. Deby holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a J.D. She is a member of the Florida Bar.

Tim Burgess

VP of Actuarial and Product Development

Tim Burgess

Tim Burgess serves as National Auto Care’s Vice President of Actuarial & Product Development. His experience spans nearly 20 years, 14 of which have been in the F&I industry. Throughout his career, Tim has led development and pricing of a full product suite for direct programs and has led the product development and pricing team for TPAs, OEMs and other strategic partners. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mathematics from the University of North Florida, is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Associate with the Society of Actuaries.
