Auto
If you are a Dealer or Service Center, we provide:
  • Fast and easy online web and mobile app functions through Your Dealer Experience. To get started filing a claim, click here.
    • Registration is easy! To view our user guide, click here, or contact our Customer Service Department at 800-526-8678 to enroll.
    • Not applicable on products issued prior to January 2018 or for Paint/Fabric, Clear Care Antimicrobial, or Excess Wear/Tear products. Refer to the product contract for claim filing instructions.
If you are a contract holder or vehicle owner:
  • We suggest you return to your selling dealer for repairs, or call our customer service center for referrals to a dealer near you. They will assess your damage and file a claim for you.

For Contract Holders and Dealers, we offer fast, simple online and mobile app solutions through Your Dealer Experience where you can file your claim, submit documents and check claim status.
Contract Holders and Dealers can also file a claim by calling Customer Service at 800-526-8678.
