AFIP Certification

AFIP Certification

The auto industry is highly-regulated with dozens of rules and regulations governing the vehicle sales and F&I process. AFIP certification gives you a working knowledge of the state and federal laws that apply to F&I, opportunities for continuing professional development, and a higher standing in the industry.

Franchised new vehicle dealerships carry a brand and an image that creates expectations among buyers. New vehicles are a large, complex purchase for customers. Franchise dealers work to provide competitive pricing and financing along with the best quality customer service—all while meeting the requirements of a complex, highly-regulated transaction. What Our Students Say

I purchased GAP coverage from National Auto Care through my dealer in 2016. In 2019, my vehicle was involved in a total-loss accident. NAC processed the claim and paid the balance of the loan 3 ½ weeks after I submitted all the required paperwork. I contacted them several times throughout the process via phone and online chat and had nothing except for positive experiences each and every time.

I took my car to the dealership due to loud chattering rear differential issue. I had the inspection done and 48 hours later, I have my car back in great working condition. I called twice during the claim process, and everyone was super friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

National Auto Care is a family workplace that is built on respect, common goals and communication. Our teams have firm identities and there is a huge feeling of camaraderie. The communication between supervisors and employees is of mutual respect and listening. From personal success to the success of the overall company, the ideas of teamwork and unity play a big role in our company.

I love this organization it is truly like a family. Everyone from the CEO to the receptionist knows and believes that if we work hard together to achieve our goals, nothing can stop us. I am motivated and energized by the work I do and the work I help others do.

Two words: employee appreciation. A lot of workplaces make you feel like you're replaceable, and that you are just a cog in the machine. NAC isn’t like that. They go above and beyond to let employees know that they are valued. On top of that, they did not hesitate to get me the equipment that I needed to do my job correctly. It really feels like they want us to be happy to be at work, and they take the concrete steps to make that happen.

The product lineup from National Auto Care is the perfect addition to my portfolio. They keep my customers happy.

NAC’s loyalty-building programs drive customers right back to my dealership.

I have been in this business many years and I must say National Auto Care is the easiest to work with.

I've got to give them a good review as far the pinnacle warranty is concerned. My transmission went out in my vehicle and they paid to replace it at my dealership. Now I had issues out of my sunroof, and they are paying to take care of the costs of replacing and fixing it which is a big job. Needless to say I will be using this company again anytime I buy a used vehicle.

What makes NAC different is the people and the approach to the programs and products that they put out there for our dealers.

Glad to have someone teaching the class that has actually been in my shoes and knows what I go through daily

Without the personal relationships we have with NAC, I don’t think we’d even get out the door in terms of the relationship we want to bring to our clients.
